You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use the platform only where legally permitted. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Availability
Account features and catalog previews are currently available. Crypto deposits, gift card fulfillment, eSIM purchases, mobile top-ups, withdrawals, and card issuing are not active. No display creates a promise of eligibility, stock, coverage, or execution.
Balances and payments
A Paysettly balance is an internal USD service balance, not a bank deposit, investment, or interest-bearing asset. Do not send funds before live deposit instructions are provided. Only the exact amount shown in a verified quote qualifies for credit.
Prohibited use
Fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorized access, abuse, resale contrary to provider terms, and illegal goods or services are prohibited. Accounts may be restricted while suspected abuse is reviewed.
Access and support
We may suspend access for security, eligibility, legal, or operational reasons. Open an account support ticket to raise a concern. Product-specific rules, refund eligibility, and fees must be reviewed before purchase.
