CLEAR TERMS, THOUGHTFUL SERVICE

AML & Acceptable Use Policy

Paysettly is designed to support transaction integrity and lawful use. This is an operational policy template, not a claim of licensing or a substitute for legal review.

Eligibility and country restrictions

Services are limited by provider coverage, local law, and operator policy. Restricted countries and customers must be reviewed against applicable requirements before financial service activation. A simple country deny list does not constitute full sanctions screening.

Monitoring and review

Unusual velocity, transaction sizes, inconsistent account details, and suspected abuse may result in restriction and manual review. Live transaction monitoring and applicable screening must pass acceptance before funding or fulfillment is enabled.

Identity verification

KYC collection and card issuing are currently disabled. Any future identity verification will use a configured provider with disclosed requirements, purpose, and data handling.

Prohibited activity

Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, illegal commerce, unauthorized account use, and attempts to bypass platform controls are prohibited.

Records and escalation

Security and financial actions create audit records. Suspicious activity should be escalated through account support. Disclosure or reporting follows the operator’s applicable legal obligations.
