Privacy Policy

This notice explains the account data used by Paysettly and the controls available to you.

Last updated: 30 October 2026 · Launch-stage policy

Data we collect

We store your name, email, password hash, selected country and preferences, sign-in sessions, IP address, device information, support messages, security settings, and account activity. Public applications also store the name, email, company, program, message and submission time you provide. Payment and order data will be recorded only when those services are activated.

How data is used

We use data to provide accounts, secure access, maintain transaction records, answer support requests, and send essential service notifications. Waitlist emails are used for the selected product’s availability updates. Public inquiry details are used to review your request and contact you about it.

Service providers

Hosting, database, and transactional email services may process necessary data on our behalf. Future fulfillment and payment providers will receive the data needed for an authorized transaction. Providers and international transfer terms require review before activation.

Security and access

Passwords are hashed, sessions can be revoked, two-factor authentication is available, and provider credentials are encrypted. No system is entirely free of risk. Do not send private keys or sensitive identity documents through support.

Retention and requests

Account and audit records are retained for operational security and applicable requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion, open a support ticket. Some records may require retention for legal or transaction integrity reasons.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies maintain authentication and CSRF protection. Third-party analytics is not enabled by default. Any optional analytics or consent features will be disclosed before activation.
