Review the product region, currency, network, recipient, validity, device compatibility, and final quote. Product-specific provider rules will be visible before confirmation.
Digital gift cards
Delivered or revealed digital codes may be irreversible and non-refundable under provider terms. Failed fulfillment must be investigated before any refund decision.
eSIMs and top-ups
Activated eSIMs, used data plans, and successfully delivered airtime may not be reversible. Device compatibility and recipient details must be checked before purchase.
Crypto deposits
Crypto transfers cannot be reversed by Paysettly. A wrong asset, wrong network, wrong address, or wrong amount is not eligible for automatic wallet credit. Do not send funds while funding is disabled.
Request review
Open a support ticket with your order or deposit reference. Refunds, where eligible, are recorded in the ledger with a reason and audit trail. No manual refund is promised without verification.
